This home was built especially for us for when we are in Florida and so has many extras not standard in all vacation homes, we also provide a FREE worldwide phone service which means you can call family and friends back home, we do ask guests to be careful with European cell phone calls and not to spend hours on them but land lines are fine for hours.
We chose this location not only for the parks but for shops and restaurants which there are dozens within a 5 min drive, Disney Parks are about a 10 - 15 min drive depending on the park, Our Swimming Pool is on an extended Pool deck so it gets the sunshine all day.
We have a management company who live just a few miles away and are on emergency call 24hrs a day should the be needed.

One of 2 King size Master Suites there is also another Queen room with a private bathroom next door and 2 other rooms share the 4th bathroom one has 2 x Trin Beds and the other is a Pooh Bear Theme room with a 1 up 2 down bunk bed, a roll away bed is also available so the home can sleep 12 Guests.
The large pool also has a hot tub attached and the Pool Deck was extended so as the pool is not shaded by the house and gets the sun all day, Pool and Spa heat is an optional extra and is heated by Gas so is not affected as much by the cold winter nights like electric and solar heating.
