4 BED VILLA SITE

Our villas are situated in quiet residential estate in Kissimmee called Indian Point, approximately half an hours drive from Orlando International Airport and one hour from Sanford Airport ( the new airport being used by many charter flights ) and only half a mile from the attraction packed Highway 192. The location is perfect, quietly situated off the main road, yet close to many of the attractions, restaurants and shops which make this area so popular. Disney Worlds Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot Centre, MGM Studios, Sea World , Universal Studios, Wet & Wild etc. are only a short drive away. It is also an ideal base if you wish to travel and discover other parts of Florida. The Interstate 4 ( I-4 ) which runs East to West is just 10 minutes away, and the Florida Turnpike (US-1) which runs from the Florida Keys straight up the East coast is just 15 minutes away. The beaches of the Atlantic coast and the Gulf of Mexico are easily accessible and for golfing enthusiasts there are many excellent courses in the vicinity.

Our homes are fully air conditioned and equipped to a high standard. A cot and highchair are also available if required at a minimal charge. All bed linen and towels are supplied. You are asked to provide your own beach towels and any cot linen you may require. Our management company will clean the villas and wash the bed linen and towels on your departure.

Our villas have there own private screened swimming pools with optional gas heating, This ensures warm water is available all year round*. & hot tub in the 5 bed villa We have much larger than most patio areas and patio furniture available.

* Heater at extra cost

 

Only a short distance from the villa is the estates large swimming pool and tennis courts. They are available to all of our guests and are free of charge.
