Our visit to your villa was absolutely wonderful! The villa is beautiful
and very conveniently located to all the attractions! There was plenty
of room for the three families and provided just the right amount of privacy
if we needed it. The kids loved having a pool right at their backdoor!
We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Florida. Thanks

This house was everything and more I thought it would be. The home
was very clean and fresh looking. The service was remarkable and courteous when we needed them to come over and help us. I would also like to say
how helpful Mr. and Mrs. Smith were in making our vacation a successful
one. We will be booking our vacation with them again. One last thing- the
hot tub and pool was the cherry on top of the sundae. Water temp. was like
bath water. We used the pool facilities everyday and night. Plan your next
vacation with Mr. and Mrs. Ken Smith Orlando Villa and you will not be
sorry!

Dear Ken and Julia, Thank you so much for your hospitality. The villa
was absolutely wonderful and so was the service. The pictures don't do
your villa justice. We were amazed at how spacious and well decorated it
was. We will never stay in a hotel at Disney ever again. My family and
I had a blast. Believe me when I tell you, We are a walking advertisement
for you. We've told all our friends about your place. The Walmart was awesome.
My suggestion is to buy all your Disney souvenirs there. Buying the gifts
on the Disney property is too costly. If you need a reference they can

The villa exceeded our expectation....what a pleasant surprise to
find the perfect holiday retreat and then have everything turn out better
than we could have ever imagined. Ken was wonderful to work with...we did
everything via the internet...and there was not a single snag...the villa
was beautifully decorated...the private pool was a welcome treat following
our days at the parks...the villa was spotless upon arrival...and was stocked
with every imaginable appliance including the full size washer and dryer...we
felt right at home....Glad I found ya
My only compliant is that I'll never be able to stay in a plain old
hotel after staying in your villa...you've spoiled us for life!!!

Aloha Ken, Thank you very much. My family had a great time, we went
to every park at least twice. The cruise was terrific. Your Villa was perfect,
my wife loved it. The kids swam every night. The thunder storms were awesome, we
don't have those in Hawaii .I'm sure glad I found your Villa on the Web.
The location was very nice, quiet neighborhood and centrally located. Next
time we plan a trip to Florida I will send you an e-mail.

Dear Ken, Just to let you know that we have had the most wonderful
holiday in your home at Indian Point.
We arrived back about one hour ago so I thought I'd quickly drop

We really didn't want to leave it...the weather was fantastic, in
the 90's all week, the villa was superb - yes,
I had the master bedroom No.1 - I fell in love with the huge en-suite.

What a great villa you have.
We feel very lucky to have experienced staying at your house.
Brilliant location, great sunny position for the afternoon suntan,
magic
pool and Jacuzzi; you were right we needed it heated up.
Loads of room for all of us and the right amount of bathrooms.
Every night we sat outside enjoying the weather and a lovely drink
watching
the kids splashing and having a great time and praising your villa.
My sister and brother in law every night said how wonderful it was
to have
such a great villa at our disposal.
We came back early every day from the parks because we wanted to
come "
home" to relax and have a dip in the pool.
I will recommend to anyone about your villa.
