Location is most important
and although many villas state that they are
15 mins from Disney they are
quite often 45 mins or more from many other attractions, This villa is
in a very good location that is close to most of the big attractions and
only minuets away from some of the areas best Restaurants & Shopping.
STANDARD
We chose this villa design
because many villas we have stayed in
over the years, have only one
master bedroom en suite,
This villa has two en suite
bedrooms, both with kingsize beds
One bedroom with its own bathroom
just out side the door,
And the other 2 bedrooms share
the forth bathroom
This means two or three families
with children can all have an
excellent standard of accommodation
and nobody gets a poor deal
All Bathrooms, Kitchen, Nook,
Dining Room, & Laundry Room Ceramic Tiled All Other Areas Quality Carpet.
SIZE & FACILITIES
We bought a larger plot so
as we could chose the largest single floor villa and the largest
pool available, we also have asked for the enclosed pool area to be extended
by 6' in lenth & 4' in width to give more room outside for sunbathing
and Also to Install a 8' Hot tub & Kiddies Pool Not Found in many Rental
Homes.
The furniture package has been
upgraded and is of a higher
standard than is usually found
in rental villas.

for our holidays too )
SECURITY
You hear a lot about problems
that a few visitors to florida have had with robbery's, violence, etc.
and although you can not deny that some areas should be avoided, crime
in the main tourist areas is very rare, The Community that we have chosen
is mainly owned by local americans and has an excellent record in fact
in the past 12 months the only reported crime to the police was a concerned
home owner who reported someone drive past 4 times, (this was probably
a tourist trying to find his villa).
