Hi and welcome to our villa web site, I am Ken and my wife Julia and I hope
that you enjoy looking around our wonderful 2 Year Old Villa,

We have been visiting Florida for the past 13 years and promised ourselves we
would one day have a home there, we could have had one years ago but wanted

to make sure that the quality and location were just right, We had our very Special

5 Bedroom home built and within months decided to get this superb 4 bedroom home

For the smaller parties, we hope you like it.

Indian Point where our villas are located is just 1 Mile from Hwy. 192 and less than
8 Mile from Walt Disney World, all building in the complex is now complete.

As this villa is often used by usewhen we are there, you will find many things that
are not standard in all rental villas, Master en-suite Bedroom with King Size
Bed, telephones, Alarm Clocks and all bedrooms have fans and air-conditioning.

A good selection of Cable TV, Hi-fi Video, Answer Phone and a host of
kitchen appliances, and all the items you would expect in an executive villa.

The Furniture was upgraded to full luxury quality,

The Pool area is enclosed and has plenty of room for sunbathing
and the 26' x 13' pool can be gas heated at an extra cost

The Villa is large and all on one floor

Dear Ken & Julia,

Well, I cannot thank you enough. My boys and I had such a wonderful time.
The villa was more than we expected.
We had gotten in on Monday night and as soon as the boys saw the pool in back,
they were in it until 11 PM or so. Tuesday morning,
they woke me up at 7 just so they could be in the pool.
They did not get out until after 2 PM.
I had to almost pull them out physically just to go do something else.
I cannot stop telling everyone how beautiful and clean and roomy it is.
Thank you so very much for the opportunity to have a wonderful vacation
with my boys. We really look forward to doing it again!
