Hi and welcome to our villa web site, I am Ken and my wife
Julia and I hope
that you enjoy looking around our wonderful villa,
built new in the Year 2000.
We have been visiting Florida for the past 13 years and
promised ourselves we
would one day have a home there, we could have had
one years ago but wanted
to make sure that the quality and location were just
right, And we think this is.
Indian Point where our villa is located is just 1 Mile
from Hyw. 192 and
8 Mile from Walt Disney World, all building in the
complex is now complete.
As this villa is our main home when we are there, you
will find many things that
are not standard in all rental villas, 2 Master en-suite
bedrooms with King Size
Beds, telephones, Alarm Clocks and all bedrooms have
fans and air-conditioning.
A good selection of Cable TV, hi-fi, Video, Answer Phone
and a host of
kitchen appliances, and all the items you would expect
in an executive villa.
The Furniture was upgraded to full luxury quality, and
all floor areas are
tiled except Bedrooms, which have quality carpeting
The Pool area is the largest on the complex, to give extra
sunbathing facilities
and the 30' x 15' pool is complemented with a 8'
Hot Tub/Spa,
The Villa is large single, floor with a total floor
area of 2903 sq. ft
(Living Area 2157 sq ft)
